An elegant and vibrant Riesling with medium to high aromatic intensity of lime, green apple, and anise. The palate has excitement from the acidity and dry nature of the wine with citrus and saline notes combined with some floral undertones and great length. A refreshing joy to drink now, but will also age well over the next 8-10 years.

Winemaker Notes
The 2021 Reserve Riesling was immediately pressed coming from the vineyard at cool October temperatures. The juice was settled over the course of 3 days before having the clean juice racked and allowed to naturally start fermentation peaking at 61 degrees and lasting 78 days. Post fermentation the wine rested on its lees three months before being filtered and readied for bottle. No fining necessary.
Food Pairing Notes
We live in the Finger Lakes and the view of Keuka is stunning from this vineyard, so it’s only fitting this would pair well with some Lake Trout seared and finished with a white wine and tarragon sauce served with some simple grilled asparagus.
